Our goal at Restoration Seeds is always to ship your order quickly and efficiently, without delay.

Tracking

We ship all orders through the U.S. Postal Service with a tracking number except heavier bulk shipments. When your order ships you will receive an email with this number. International shipments are tracked until they leave the United States. Shipments are tracked by USPS Tracking™, Contact USPS Customer Service here.

US Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and are subject to change without notice.

Free Priority Mail shipping on U.S. orders over $200.00 weighing under 10 pounds. Excludes Priority Mail Express shipping.

Bulk Orders US Addresses Only - Ground Transportation

Larger bulk orders of 25 lbs, 50 lbs or larger sizes ship in the U.S. only via ground transportation. 

If a rate is noted as Required, you must choose that rate, even if higher, to have your order shipped to you. In some cases for orders over 10 pounds we will contact you with the final shipping cost. You may be asked pay for additional shipping costs to cover the actual cost.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped internationally to most countries except those with seed import restrictions including: Australia, Denmark, Japan and the United Kingdom. While we pride ourselves on our research and accommodation of import regulations, you the customer importer are responsible for knowing your country's agricultural import requirements, loss, damage or confiscation by customs officials. 

To ensure the fastest possible fulfillment of your order, please check with your Ministry of Agriculture for any necessary permits or documents. Restoration Seeds is not responsible for confiscated items or delayed orders. We further reserve the right to deny shipment of any order without the required, proper documentation. Live bulbs, corns, roots, and plants are not shipped internationally.

Bulk Shipping of over 1 pound is not available for international shipments.

Contact us to arrange for a phytosanitary inspection of 1 pound (.5 kg) orders. We will let you know how much the inspection fees will be via email. You may pay for the phytosanitary inspection fees here.

USPS does not validate international shipping addresses.

Duties and Taxes

You the customer importer are responsible for duties, customs charges, fines and taxes. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Restoration Seeds is not responsible for these fees. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office.

Import Permits

If an import permit is required, you must obtain one from your Ministry of Agriculture. All documents must bear official seals from the Ministry of Agriculture and be accompanied by an English translation. Once the import permit is obtained (if required), we can determine whether the ordered seed can meet the stated requirements.

Shipping Address Accuracy

The customer takes the responsibility entering a valid USPS or international postal shipping address. If the customer enters an incorrect shipping address you assume risk of delay, non-delivery and loss. An shipment confirmation notice with USPS tracking number will be emailed to the email address entered. Entering an incorrect email address will result in non-delivery of shipment confirmation.

Lost and Undeliverable Shipments

The customer assumes ownership of the seed, plants and other products when they leave our premises. This includes destruction or loss while in shipment and after delivery to your premises or mail box. If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to get a valid shipping address to re-ship it to you at your cost.

USPS Package Intercept

What if I sent a package and need to change its destination? USPS Package Intercept® lets you redirect a domestic shipment that hasn’t been delivered or released for delivery. It’s available for packages, letters, and flats with a tracking or extra services barcode. You can have it held at a Post Office™ as a Hold For Pickup or sent to a different domestic address. You can even request to have it redirected as Priority Mail® back to the sender’s address.
