Your satisfaction is guaranteed at Restoration Seeds. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to the following guidelines.
• Unopened seed packets or packages may be returned.
• All returns must be accompanied by an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number).
• To request an RMA#, email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
• If we shipped you the wrong seeds or they arrived damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price, provided the item is returned to us unopened in its original packaging.
• If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size or simply changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging and condition.
• A 10% restocking fee may be assessed if the original packaging is damaged or not in original condition.
Seed General: We will accept authorized returns within 30 days of the original order ship date. Opened seed packets or packages may not be returned. We cannot accept returns of perennial and herb seeds. Perennial seeds may have variable germination rates and stratification, scarification, heat or other requirements.
Live Plant Material: We cannot accept returns of live plants, tubers, corns, bulbs or roots. If you receive damaged live material, please contact us immediately.
Special and Bulk Orders: All special and bulk orders beyond packets are considered custom orders and are nonrefundable. Bulk finished good sizes are made to order for you in heat-sealed foil packaging.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and issue a credit subject to Our Guarantee. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the credit will be applied to your account. Please note that it can from 3–7 business days for the credit to post, depending upon your credit institution's policies.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Restoration Seeds cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking and delivery to us is unavailable.
International Returns Restoration Seeds will not credit customs and duties paid previously, this must be pursued by customers within their own jurisdictions. See the International Shipping section of our Shipping page for details.
How Long Does the Process Take?
We will do our best to process your return within 7 business days plus shipping time. During peak season times it may take up to 15 business days.
