Valeriana officinalis
HOW TO GROW VALERIAN, OFFICIAL

Sow in spring in cold frame. Sow indoors 10-12 weeks before last frost indoors and then plant out after last frost. Strong germinator, start a few seeds to begin so you do not have too many plants.
