HOW TO GROW ITALIAN PARSLEY

Soak seeds overnight before planting to assist germination. Direct seed as soon as soil can be worked or start indoors 3-4 weeks before last frost and transplant out after frost. Sow 2-3 seeds per inch. Parsley will over winter in many areas but will bolt the second year after an early summer harvest. Easy to grow once established. Aphid resistant. Soil pH 5.1-6.6. Hardiness zones 5-9. Biennial.
