HOW TO GROW RHUBARB, GARDEN
Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Soak seeds in water a few hours before sowing. Harden off seedlings 2-3 weeks before last frost in cold frame. Plant out after last frost when seedlings are 3-4 inches tall. Adaptable to many soils including clay. Thin crowns every 4-5 years by division. Soil pH 6.1-7.0. Hardiness zones 1-9. Perennial.
