HOW TO GROW CHINESE SPINACH
Start indoors 6–8 weeks before last frost, transplant out after frost. In areas with long growing season, direct sow in late spring. Grown in greenhouses in Europe. Prefers warm growing conditions. Sow in successions a few weeks apart. Seeds require light to germinate, press into soil, do not cover. Soil pH 5–7.8. Hardiness zones 8–11.
