This vigorous early variety similar to mizuna but produces a dense cluster of long, narrow rounded, dark green leaves with white stems growing to 12”. The delicious leaves have a mild mustard flavor, ideal lightly cooked and seasoned. This variety is cold tolerant. Cut for baby leaves as early as 21 days. Also known as Brassica rapa nipposinica.
