HOW TO GROW PAC CHOY

Direct sow in early spring, late summer or fall. Winter sow in cold frame or unheated greenhouse. Seeds will germinate as low as 40˚F. Space 4 seeds per 8’, Harvest when 5-6” tall. For baby choy, sow 60 seeds per 12’ in a 2 to 4” wide band. Soil pH 5.5–7.8. Hardiness zones 7. Biennial.
