Harvest from the bottom up. In the spinach family, three times the vitamin C of spinach. Easy to save seed, colors outbreed or cross, beautiful ornamental. Ideal for greenhouse winter greens. How to grow orach from seed

Rake in level seed bed, direct sow after last frost. Strong germinator, may need to thin. Can start indoors be not necessary. Sow spring and mid summer for second harvest. Easy to save seed, select vigorous plants. Soil pH 5.6-7.8. Hardiness zones 11.
